Occupancy includes a queen size sofa sleeper. Total cost includes 1 night at no cost, group discount on rental rates, all fees/taxes for a 5 night’s stay.
Deposit: A deposit of the first night’s rent plus tax is needed to secure reservations. This prepaid deposit will be deducted from the total balance due at check-in.
Cancellation: A $35.00 service fee is assessed for all cancellations. However, if you cancel less than 7 days prior to the arrival, your prepaid deposit if forfeited.
